The other day I was down in my office working and Jason was picking up the kids, so I heard them come in and I heard the stopping of feet above me and then heard the stomping come down stairs and Tanner opens my door and says "Mom, I made something for you." He had made it at daycare, and it almost made me cry. He said "I did it all by myself, noone helped me!" He was so excited. Can you guess what he is trying to say? Yes I love you. He is learning to make words, spell, and read, and it meant so much to me that it was for me. I said to him "Thank you so much I love it!" He said "I will make you another one tomorrow, you want another purple note card or yellow?" (The next day right when he got home he came down and said, "Mom they didn't have anymore notecards, so I couldn't make you one again, I will make you another one when they get more notecards!") I put my sons love letter right in front of my computer to remind me during those hard days at work when I don't want to work and get frustrated with some of the customers I help that won't even help themselves, that my life is not work, my life is my family!!! I work to live not live to work!! I am greatful for a wonderful family and kids that love each other and a husband that helps so much, I couldn't do it all without him!!! I love you Jason, Tanner, & Brylee!! I will cherish this first love note from my son forever!!

Trick or Treat!!
I love Halloween and I love pumpkins and all the fun that goes along with the holiday. We grew pumpkins this year and they took over and were out of control, I got some orange, some green, and some combination of both orange and green. I loved having Halloween on Saturday we were able to make more visits then usual and enjoy the whole day rather then just the night. We celebrated all week, Monday the Pumpkin Walk, Friday Tanners School Parade & the Ward Party, Saturday afternoon visits to those we love (Grandparent Rays, Aunt Lois, Aunt Arlene), trick-or-tricking with Connor, Payton, & Bodie, & Party at Grandma & Grandpa Bowens with Chili of course.
FALL CAMPING
We took a Sunday afternoon drive for hotdogs and smores at Smith and Moorehouse with the Grandma and Grandpa Ray!!
The last trip of the year is always my favorite, it wasn't quite as cold as last year, but it was pretty darn cold. I love the time we have for the good dutch oven cookin', chillin', and the boys like to go shootin'!! The beach and campground is all to us, only the die hard campers go so of course it was Westons, Mangums, & Rays is all this year! Our trailor may be small, but it has a heater and kept us warm especially the last night it blew so hard I really thought the wind was going to blow our precious little trailor with us in it right over. We had three offers this year for people wanting to buy our trailor from us and haven't even put it up for sale, gosh if the price was right maybe we would, at least we know when we do want to upgrade we won't have a hard time getting it sold!

Better Late then Never-eh!!
I can't believe how time flies I remember the day I held this little guy in my arms for the first time. Now he is in school and can do so much for himself, the other day he made dinner, yes of course with help, but he made all the pancakes and set the table, he is a good kid. He loves to help and his job most the time around the house is cleaning the bathrooms, it is nice to have a child old enough to help with things. He is definately a Mama's boy, and I am glad. He loves his sister and she loves him, they have their moments, but all kids do I think. He definatly is a great big brother. He loves to play with his friends and he started School and is doing great. Homework is another story, and we tell him get used to it you got years of homework. What a good kid I was blessed with and am greatful that he is mine!!
